MGMP Bahasa Inggris SMA Kota Kediri has planned several programs to empower teachers with some skills needed for the improvement of education in Kota Kediri especially. The agenda can be broken down into some categories. There is an event for IT literacy named Android for Learning. It was done successfully as there were 112 teachers participating. There is an agenda called developing teacher's professionalism. This will specify on working in English teachers' development. this will focus more in English depth mastery. There is also an agenda for improving teachers' competency in doing research wrapped on Research and publication. Those all events need high support of all members and stakeholders. therefore, critics and support will be highly appreciated.
